MAKING YOUR PURCHASE - To continue click the 'Go To Checkout & Pay' button. You will then be asked to fill in your details and confirm your order, before being forwarded to our Secure Server to enter your payment details.

EXTRA CHECKOUT SECURITY FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND - We take your online payment security seriously which is why we have signed up to the new security programmes set up by Visa and Mastercard to give you enhanced protection when shopping online (known as Verified By Visa and MasterCard SecureCode).
These allow you to set up your own personal password - like a PIN number - known only to you and which is used as an extra security measure each time you use your card to make an online payment.
This extra security window will pop up as you complete the checkout procedure (you may experience difficulties with this if your computer is set up to not accept pop-ups) and the details you enter in this process will be submitted to your card issuer direct over a secure link. This information cannot be viewed or held by Monarch Gardens.

OFFER CODES - if you have an Offer Code this can be entered on the 'Checkout' page and your order will be updated before payment is processed.

DELIVERY - Standard postage & packaging is £4.95 per order for delivery to UK mainland addresses only.
Where goods are supplied direct from the manufacturer there may be an additional charge. This is highlighted with a truck symbol on the product details and the item has an * sign against it in your shopping basket above.

IMPORTANT: Most deliveries will be sent by courier and will need a signature on delivery. For your convenience please give a delivery address where someone will be available to accept the goods during the day.

We aim to deliver to you within 4-7 working days, but please allow up to 28 days particularly during busy periods. Goods sent direct may have different delivery times, this will have been indicated in the product description.
