A composting duvet accelerates the composting process by preventing loss of the natural heat build up in the initial stages of decomposition. Heat builds up naturally and if it can be maintained will destroy weeds, seeds and disease, resulting in a higher quality compost.
This entirely new concept has proved to maintain high temperatures within the compost, both day and night and will keep frosts out during winter.
The Duvet fits snugly into the wooden bins but it can be used on any compost pile.
Supplied with fixing rings for easy management.
