Pricing
All prices quoted are in British pounds (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate, where applicable.

Ordering and stock availability
We aim to display only items that are in stock or that can be despatched to you quickly. In the event of a product going out of stock we will aim to contact you within 48 hours when you will be given the opportunity to order an alternative product or cancel your order.
Payment is not taken or banked until the day of despatch. If an item cannot be supplied you will not be charged for it.
We may refuse to accept an order where goods are unavailable; where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment, or if there has been a pricing or product description error.

Cancellation
If you change your mind about anything you order, you can cancel that order free of charge. You have up to 7 working days after receipt of goods to cancel your order and return the goods. Note goods must be in their original, unused and unopened packaging. You do not have to provide any reason for cancellation. Note: you will be responsible for the cost of returning goods using recorded delivery for cancelled orders. We reserve the right to make a charge for the return of the goods when necessary. In the event of cancellation we guarantee to refund your money within 30 days.

We aim to deliver goods of the highest quality and that they will meet their specification.
